I thought somebody was messing with me.. and kept moving my personable little gnome about 6 to 8 inches...I found out tonight.. I am paranoid.. it just kept floating from its original spot..
I am guessin.. this is why.. and yeah.. the gutters are clean.. just too much water at one time..
