My refinance of the house funded today.... that was close... :::thankyouGod thankyouGod thankyouGod::::: I now have a fixed rate that dropped 3 points instead of that adjustable rate that was going to rise 3 points... I am a little less screwed now...

Yeah on the refinancing! Dropping three points even w/out an adjustable that was going to go up is a huge deal!
