I went to a meeting today... funny.. how the topic was "Stress.. depression and assorted shit like that.." I am telling ya.. God is right on time.. EVERY time.. I am stopping my spiral right in its tracks... but.. I have an assignment from my friend the counselor.. for one week.. I am not allowed to offer to.. agree to.. or even think about helping anyone.. This is my week.. I had forgotten how much fun homework could be.. smirk..
